Items are produced on demand when your order is placed. You may cancel your order within 4 hours after you placed it before it processes for production. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service immediately at customerservice@jaegottlieb.com and we will process your request to update your order.

We ship via USPS and tracking updates may be delayed. Typically if there is no tracking activity after 72 hours, you may contact Customer Service.
